How to use the foot drop brace? For shoes with laces, simply place your foot inside the brace and tighten the straps, thread the strap through the shoelaces, fasten to the upper buckle, and adjust the tightness with velcro. For sandals with horizontal beams, use the extension strap to adjust the length and secure the brace in place.
